Law no. 105/2016 “On Plant Protection”, as amended, aims to protect plant health and public health, the environment and beyond. In this post you will find information on the law regarding the use of PMBs. Pursuant to this law, VKM no. 317 dt. 15.09.2019 “On the approval of the rules for the sustainable use of plant protection products and the qualification criteria for users.”, the amendment of this decision, gave the right to the Minister of Agriculture issued order no. 275 dated 14.06.2022 “Register of use of PMBs on the farm”, which closes the legal basis for the obligations of users of PMBs. The law has also provided for the official control bodies, which are AKU and AKVMB.
Recently, as we have informed you, trainings were organized with the agronomists of AKVMB and AREB for the Register of PMBs on the farm, who are currently training farmers and distributing the Register, a process that will continue throughout the country.
Continuous training and technical-legal information, together with measures to implement the rules, are a guarantee for the health of users, consumers and the environment.
